Our onsite fitness classes at Damen Optimal Health & Fitness will improve your strength and flexibility in a safe and community setting.
 

We are teaming up with Locality Wellness Hub to offer fitness classes with in-depth instruction, a supportive environment, workouts for beginners and advanced, and innovative class tailored to help you reach your health goals.
 

There is something for everyone!

Damen Optimal Health & Fitness Group Power Class

Group Power Workout Class

Group Power® is a one-hour, cutting-edge strength based workout designed to get you muscle strong and movement strong. It combines traditional strength training with full-body, innovative exercises using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight.


The Locality Wellness Hub's instructors are great at giving modifications to ensure that this class is for the beginner right up to the experienced participant!

Running Group

Join our Running Group and discover the joy of running in a friendly, encouraging environment. Perfect for all fitness levels, our group welcomes beginners, seasoned runners, and everyone in between. 

​

While we run Parkhill trails together, we will offer tips on technique, pacing, and endurance to help you improve, stay motivated, and avoid injury.

Spin Class

Our Group Spin Class is a workout for all fitness levels!

Whether you're a beginner or a skilled rider, our spin class offers the perfect mix of challenge and fun in a supportive environment. Our inclusive group setting helps you stay motivated, build endurance, and boost strength while enjoying getting to know like-minded riders'.

Friday: 6am at Damen Optimal Health and Fitness

TRX Class

Our Group TRX class uses suspension training; TRX engages your core, improves balance, and builds strength with bodyweight exercises that can be easily modified to fit any ability.

Each fitness class combines strength, flexibility, and endurance exercises to target multiple muscle groups, offering a dynamic workout in a fun, encouraging environment.

Gym & Fitness Class Memberships

Damen Optimal Health and Fitness offers a welcoming fitness space at the Parkhill Gym at 256 McLeod Street in Parkhill to help you stay motivated and build confidence in your fitness journey.

 

We provide different gym membership options to suit all needs, including adult gym memberships, senior gym memberships, student gym memberships, family gym memberships, and combined gym and class memberships. With options for everyone, it’s easy to find the right fit for your lifestyle and goals.
