How Chiropractic Care Works:​

Our chiropractics treat every part of your musculoskeletal system including the muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia using a variety of techniques such as the Active Release Technique. Our Damen Optimal Health and Fitness chiropractors use their hands and tools, offering instrument assisted soft tissue therapy such as Graston technique, Mulligan belts and the Activator, for treatments. We offer a variety of modality based treatments to complement our hands-on therapies such as; Ultrasound, electrotherapy, acupuncture, athletic taping (Kin Tape), heat therapy, cryotherapy, exercises, and other manual therapy techniques. At Damen Optimal Health and Fitness we pride ourselves on individualized care and offering more than just an adjustment. Your chiropractor will work with you to design a treatment plan that uses a combination of treatment techniques to meet your specific needs and goals.

The initial chiropractic assessment consists of a thorough health history and focused physical examination to help identify the problem and which tissue is affected. It will also help determine the root cause of the pain and the underlying/resulting dysfunction. Our chiropractor will then review the diagnosis with you and develop a plan for the therapies needed and the extent of treatments recommended to treat the problem.

Depending on the case's complexity, a chiropractic treatment is often performed on the first visit. The typical chiropractic initial assessment takes between 40 and 60 minutes.

No referrals are necessary, but they are welcome.

Follow Up Appointment: $65

Re-Assessment: $90 (For patients of Damen Optimal Health who have not been in clinic for a year or longer)

Custom Orthotics and Fitting: $500

Platelet Rich Plasma Treatment: $450​
